Well where do I begin? We started our journey to adopt a child two years ago. We have defintely had our ups and downs through the process. Alot of people have asked me "Why don't we just quit, and just be happy with each other" My reply is "In China there is a baby who needs us." That is truly how we feel.
Just to let you know where we are at in the process. Our dossier went to China Oct 2006 and was logged into the system in November 06. We fell in love with a precious little boy from China in January 07. We were set to travel in May to pick him up, when we got the call that he was to sick to be adopted. Well that happened about 2 weeks ago, and now we are waiting for China to rematch us with a child that has been waiting for a mommy and daddy. Everyone in the process has been extremly helpful, knowledgable, and compassionate regarding this matter. If you are a chatroom friend, an agency member, or family we want to say Thank You for your support.
Regarding the new blog, we felt as though we needed a new start with our child once the match has been made. Big Huggggggssss!

I know that this has to be so difficult for you guys. We have friends who have adopted through Guatemala and have lost 2 referrals after pictures and videos... We are praying for you guys and are anxious to see this new little one that is waiting for his/her Mommy and Daddy!
